Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your AdHorde account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your AdHorde account and profile
  • Stored Meta OAuth access tokens
  • Your subscription and billing records (Stripe customer data)
  • Any saved settings, AI credits, and usage history
  • All data associated with your user ID

Note: Deleting your AdHorde account does not affect your Meta ad accounts, campaigns, or any data stored directly on Facebook/Instagram. To revoke AdHorde's access to Meta, visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

How to request deletion

Delete from your account

Sign in at adhorde.com/sign-in, go to Settings → Account, and click "Delete Account". This deletes everything immediately.

Email us

Send a deletion request to contact@adhorde.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your account email. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Retention after deletion

After a deletion request is processed, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
