These terms govern your use of AdHorde. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments and AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable. You receive immediate access to the full Service upon payment. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

By accessing or using AdHorde ("Service") at adhorde.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms before use.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

What AdHorde provides

Meta · AI Studio

AdHorde is a software-as-a-service platform for Meta advertising. We provide: (1) AI Studio — generates ad creatives using AI models, operating on a separate AI credits system; (2) Meta Ads Automation — bulk ad launching at scale, Smart Rules for campaign optimization, multi-account management for agencies, performance analytics dashboards, and automated workflows for high-volume advertising.

  • Subscription plans (Creator, Starter, Pro, Elite) for Meta automation features
  • Separately sold AI credits for AI Studio generation
  • We strive for reliability but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service
  • We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance without prior notice

SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Subscription & Payment Terms

Stripe Powered

AdHorde operates on a paid subscription basis with automatic recurring billing (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select). All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Your subscription renews automatically until canceled
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the transaction
  • Continued failure to update a valid payment method may result in account suspension
  • We do not process payments for individuals in OFAC-sanctioned countries

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds — All Sales Final

⚠ Important

Because you receive immediate access to the full Service upon payment, AdHorde does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes partial-month or partial-year usage, unused features, charges after automatic renewal, or change of mind.

  • No refunds for partial-month or partial-year usage
  • No refunds for unused features or unused account time
  • No refunds after automatic renewal charges
  • AI credits are consumed upon generation and are NOT refundable under any circumstances
  • By subscribing or purchasing AI credits, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy
  • This applies to all plans (Creator, Starter, Pro, Elite) and all AI credit purchases

CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting contact@adhorde.com. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

  • Cancel at any time — no lock-in periods
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No further charges after cancellation
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund, partial or otherwise

USER RESPONSIBILITY

Your Responsibilities

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@adhorde.com.

  • Comply with Meta Ads policies and all applicable advertising laws
  • Provide accurate account and billing information
  • Do not abuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
  • Pay all subscription fees on time
  • Ensure your ad content complies with legal requirements
  • You are solely responsible for your advertising content and Meta policy compliance

META INTEGRATION

Meta Platform Integration

Meta Marketing API

AdHorde integrates with the Meta Marketing API to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising from our dashboard. By connecting a Meta account, you represent and warrant that you are the legitimate owner or authorized user of each Meta ad account, Facebook Page, Business Manager, and Instagram business account you connect.

  • You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies
  • You are solely responsible for ad content, targeting, and compliance
  • You will not use AdHorde to run prohibited content or evade Meta's review systems
  • You agree to indemnify AdHorde for any ad-account restriction arising from your policy violations
  • If Meta revokes AdHorde's app access, Meta-related features may be suspended without refund
  • You can revoke access at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property

AdHorde IP

All features, content, designs, code, and trademarks of AdHorde are our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own advertising needs only.

  • No unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering
  • Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Legal

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AdHorde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost ad spend, lost revenue, Meta account restrictions, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • No guarantees on ad performance or campaign outcomes
  • Not responsible for Meta ad rejections, policy violations, or account restrictions
  • Not responsible for third-party actions (Meta, Stripe, etc.)
  • Liability cap: 12 months of fees paid

TERMINATION

Termination Rights

Enforcement

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, non-payment, or violation of applicable laws or Meta policies. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

  • Termination may be immediate and without prior notice
  • All access ceases immediately upon termination
  • No refunds for terminated accounts under any circumstances

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Affiliate Program

30% Recurring

AdHorde offers an affiliate program that pays 30% recurring commission on subscription plan revenue for the lifetime of referred customers. Commissions are paid monthly on active subscriptions only.

  • Affiliate commissions apply ONLY to subscription plan fees
  • AI credits purchases are excluded from affiliate commission calculations
  • Affiliates receive a unique tracking link with 30-day cookie tracking
  • Commission payments are processed monthly via our payment provider
  • Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or program violations may result in forfeiture and termination
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time

GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law & Disputes

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

  • Changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
