What is AdHorde?

AdHorde is an AI-powered Meta Ads management platform. It connects to your Facebook and Instagram ad accounts and lets you launch AI-generated campaigns, automate optimization rules, and track performance — all from one dashboard.

How long does setup take?

Under 5 minutes. Sign up, connect your Meta ad account via official OAuth, and you're ready to launch your first campaign. No sales calls, no onboarding calls, no waiting.

Do I need a Meta Business account?

Yes. You'll need a Meta Business Manager account with at least one ad account. When you connect, AdHorde requests only the permissions it needs: ads_management, ads_read, and business_management.

Is AdHorde an official Meta partner?

AdHorde uses the official Meta Marketing API v21.0. All connections go through Meta's official OAuth flow — we never ask for or store your Facebook password.

What is the AI Campaign Wizard?

The AI Campaign Wizard lets you describe your product, audience, and goal — and AdHorde generates a complete campaign structure including targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and creative brief. You review and launch in minutes.

How do automation rules work?

You define conditions (e.g. 'if ROAS drops below 1.5 for 3 days') and actions (e.g. 'pause the ad set'). Rules run automatically — checking your campaigns 24/7 and firing when conditions are met. You can create individual rules or import 50+ at once with bulk import.

What is the Ad Recovery tool?

When Meta rejects or pauses your ads, the Ad Recovery tool surfaces them in one list with the rejection reason and a one-click reactivation option — so rejected ads never silently drain revenue.

Can I manage multiple Meta ad accounts?

Yes. AdHorde supports multi-account management. You can switch between accounts, view consolidated KPIs, and apply automation rules per account or across all accounts.

What is the AI Creative Studio?

The Creative Studio is a set of AI tools for generating ad creatives: AI images, AI videos, UGC-style content, voice cloning, and avatar generation. It's designed to help you produce more creative variations faster — without a production team.

How much does AdHorde cost?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Elite plans include a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start — cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged.

Does pricing scale with ad spend?

No. Unlike many Meta ad tools, AdHorde charges a flat monthly fee — not a percentage of your ad spend. The more you scale, the more you save compared to spend-based tools.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.

Security & Privacy

How is my Meta access token stored?

Your Meta access token is stored in an httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie — completely invisible to JavaScript and immune to XSS attacks. It's also backed up server-side in an AES-256-encrypted database row.

Does AdHorde store my ad creatives or audience data?

No. AdHorde reads campaign metadata from the Meta API for display in your dashboard but never stores ad creative files, audience lists, targeting demographics, or user behavior data on our servers.

Is my payment data secure?

All payments go through Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Your card number never touches AdHorde's servers. Stripe tokenizes it before we see anything.

Where is my data stored?

All user data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure in eu-west-1 (Ireland), with AES-256-XTS encryption at rest and AWS KMS key management.

Meta API

What Meta permissions does AdHorde request?

AdHorde requests three scopes: ads_management (to create and edit campaigns), ads_read (to fetch performance data), and business_management (to access your Business Manager). We never request access to personal profile data.

Can I revoke AdHorde's access to my Meta account?

Yes. You can disconnect at any time from the Accounts page in AdHorde, or directly from your Meta Business Settings > Connected Apps.

Which version of the Meta API does AdHorde use?

AdHorde uses Meta Marketing API v21.0 — the current stable version. We keep the integration updated with each Meta API release.
